They came in and kept dust to minimum. Kept me informed of issues they found along the way.

George and his crews were extremely easy and flexible to work with! They had the best quote we got by far. I contacted them, they came out the same day to give us a quote, and were there the following week to start refinishing our floors. We had all the hardwood in our house refinished and they look AMAZING. I highly recommend them!

It was a very difficult job requiring a lot of tile removal before they could even start installation. They were very professional and sealed off the other areas of the house to contain the dust. The floors look great, and both George and his crew answered all of our questions (even the stupid ones), discussed different options with us, and worked with our budget. I will be calling them again when I am ready to have these floors installed on the other side of the house.

My flooring job was unusual and difficult to undertake and BAS met the challenge by making the floors look amazing in a short amount of time. They were also responsible and honest in all dealings. I can not say enough about George and the way he stuck by our project! Due to a previous floor company, we were faced with a challenge, that took a great deal of time, energy and patience on George's part---he totally came through for us and went the distance on helping us resolve our floor issue. I promise you that most contractors would have fled the scene! His guys are super clean---I say this after a sanding---and very nice. I would reccomend BAS very highly!

did an excellent job repairing and refinishing our old thickly painted pine floors. They were timely and creative with cost-effective solutions to fix some of the mistakes made by previous owners. They gave us feedback throughout the process and addressed all of our concerns. Additionally, of six area contractors I interviewed for the job, their prices are by far the most affordable and fair. We are very pleased with the final results.

George was great to work with. His crew arrived on time, got the work done quickly and the floors look great. They did a great job keeping the rest of the house fairly clean. He was true to his estimate and called to discuss with me as needed during the project. We had some minor electric problems when the work was complete and George was quick to take care of repair arrangements.
